Using Our Services

When you call us for a tow or roadside help, you are agreeing to pay for the service we provide. We will give you a price estimate before we start the work, but the final cost might change based on what we find when we get there. Things like extra distance, special equipment needs, or difficult conditions can affect the price.

You must be the owner of the vehicle or have permission from the owner to request our services. We may ask for proof of ownership or authorization before we tow your vehicle.

Payment and Pricing

Payment is due when we complete the service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you cannot pay at the time of service, your vehicle may be held until payment is received, as allowed by New York State law.

Our prices are competitive and fair. We charge based on factors like distance, time of day, vehicle size, and the type of service you need. Emergency services after regular business hours may have additional fees.

Your Responsibilities

Before we tow your vehicle, please remove all personal belongings you want to keep. While we take care of your vehicle, we are not responsible for items left inside. We also recommend taking photos of your vehicle before the tow.

You need to give us accurate information about your vehicle and location. If we cannot find you or if you gave us wrong information, you may be charged a service call fee.

Our Responsibilities

We will treat your vehicle with care and use proper equipment for the job. Our team is trained and experienced. We carry insurance to protect your vehicle during the tow.

If something goes wrong and your vehicle is damaged while in our care, we will work with you to resolve it. You must report any damage within 24 hours of the service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues with your vehicle.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your service, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver is already on the way to you, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover our dispatch and travel costs.

Storage and Fees

If your vehicle needs to be stored at our facility, daily storage fees will apply. These fees start 24 hours after your vehicle arrives at our lot. We will notify you about storage fees and help you arrange pickup as soon as possible.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide excellent service, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors outside our control. We are also not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Disputes

If you have a problem with our service, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. Most issues can be resolved with a simple conversation. Any legal disputes will be handled according to New York State law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new terms on our website with an updated date. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the new terms.
